Megaworld Accelerates Township Growth with ₱21-Billion Property Turnovers in 2026

Property giant Megaworld is reinforcing its market leadership this year with the scheduled turnover of landmark projects collectively worth about ₱21 billion, underscoring its commitment to expanding township developments across the country.

In the coming months, Megaworld will deliver residential, commercial, and eco-tourism properties that highlight its diverse portfolio and strategic footprint. Among the projects set for turnover are:

Sunny Coast Residential Resort, Westside City, Parañaque
A two-tower, ₱12-billion development offering residents panoramic views of Manila Bay sunsets. Each unit features a private balcony, with select one-bedroom layouts designed to maximize coastal vistas. Located just behind the soon-to-rise Mövenpick Manila Bay Westside, the resort positions itself as a premier lifestyle destination in Entertainment City.

Northwin Main Street, Northwin Global City, Bulacan
Inspired by New York City’s Fifth Avenue, this ₱8-billion, 16-hectare central business district integrates prime commercial and shophouse lots within a walkable landscape of parks and gardens. It is envisioned as a hub for multinationals and local enterprises seeking a high-impact presence in a vibrant retail and corporate environment.

Paragua Beach Village, Paragua Coastown, San Vicente, Palawan
A sold-out eco-tourism residential project that offers beachside living within walking distance of pristine shores and forest parks. Residents will enjoy proximity to upscale amenities such as the Porto Boutique Hotel and Mercato Shophouse District, reinforcing Palawan’s reputation as a premier destination for sustainable luxury.

Beyond these flagship turnovers, Megaworld is also advancing land development for two new township projects: the 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, and the 25-hectare San Benito Private Estate in Lipa City, Batangas, developed in partnership with The Farm at San Benito. These initiatives are expected to pave the way for new lifestyle, wellness, and business hubs in Northern and Southern Luzon.

“We remain focused on continuing to establish our footprint in key areas around the country by delivering high-value properties in tourism locations and business districts. This is our way of honoring the trust of our investors and fulfilling our part in helping build the nation,” said Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, President and CEO of Megaworld.

With its 2026 pipeline, Megaworld continues to position itself not only as a property developer but also as a catalyst for economic growth, job creation, and innovation in the communities it serves.
