Pru Life UK marked a significant milestone in its expansion journey with the official opening of PRUHouse Cebu, celebrated through a vibrant Chinese New Year ceremony that symbolized renewal, prosperity, and growth. The event featured the traditional dotting of the lion’s eyes and a dragon dance, setting an auspicious tone for the company’s newest hub in the Visayas.
Speaking at the launch, Jennifer May Santos, Vice President and National Sales Director of Pru Life UK, emphasized the company’s commitment to empowering its agency force in the region. “The launch of PRUHouse Cebu underscores our commitment to providing our agents with a space that supports learning, collaboration, and connection. By strengthening our physical presence in Cebu, we are making it easier for our agents to continuously develop their skills and deliver quality financial guidance to our customers.”
Strategically located in Cebu City’s central business district, PRUHouse Cebu spans 12,130 square feet and is designed with local themes inspired by Cebuano icons and landmarks. The facility accommodates approximately 1,000 members of Pru Life UK’s agency workforce, serving as both a workspace and a center for capability-building.
The hub features areas dedicated to training programs, team discussions, and leadership development activities, fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration. Pru Life UK aims to strengthen further the professionalism and readiness of its Visayas-based agency force.
