Note for the digital order enthusiasts: While the new app launches with a streamlined interface, Mobile Order & Pay will be temporarily unavailable on day one. Don’t worry, it’s just taking a brief pause and will be reintroduced in a highly anticipated future update.

When you download the new app on July 21, 2026, your account credentials, accumulated Stars, and available load balance will automatically carry over. No re-registration is required. Simply log in, and you are ready to sip, dine, and scan.

Redeem Before You Order: To claim your perks, you must redeem your reward in the app before you order at the counter.
The 90-Day Clock: Once you redeem your Stars, the resulting Reward Voucher is valid for 90 days. The best part? Because you now choose when to redeem, the 90-day clock only starts ticking when you are actually ready to use it.
Star Expiry: Remember to convert your Stars into vouchers within one year. Unconverted Stars will expire on your account’s anniversary date (the day you first registered).
