Getting your Birth, Marriage, or Death Certificate as well as CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) or CENODEATH (Certificate of No Death) just became faster, easier, and more convenient.
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has rolled out a new process that allows you to request your documents online, view them digitally, and print them at your nearest PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet, all without the long queues or appointment requirements.
Through the Viewable Online service at psaserbilis.com.ph, individuals can now request a digital copy of their document, accessible anytime using a secure code. This eliminates the need for immediate in-person visits and allows for quick verification.
For those who need a physical copy, the DocPrint option allows you to have your requested document printed at the nearest PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet. No appointment is required. Simply present your Viewable Online code, and the outlet will print your official PSA-issued copy on the spot.
The new system offers several key benefits for the public. It enables faster processing, allowing individuals to skip long queues and avoid multiple visits. It also provides greater accessibility, as documents can be accessed digitally from anywhere. In addition, it delivers enhanced convenience by letting you obtain a printed copy without the need for prior scheduling.
This initiative is part of the Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase II, aimed at delivering a more efficient, technology-driven public service.
