Cebu-based Johndorf Ventures Corporation made a resounding mark at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, clinching five major trophies and two highly commended citations for Johndorf Tower and Plumera Mactan.
Marking its first venture into premium office real estate at Cebu Business Park, Johndorf Tower earned top honors as Best CBD (Central Business District) Development and Best Office Development, according to AsiaPropertyAwards.com.
The project also received highly commended citations for Best BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Office Development and Best Green Commercial Development, underscoring its blend of functionality, sustainability, and modern design.
Meanwhile, Plumera Mactan stood out in the residential category, winning Best Connectivity Condo Development and Best Affordable Condo Architectural Design, along with the coveted title of Best Affordable Condo Development in Metro Cebu.
Chief executive officer Richard Lim said the recognition affirms the company’s commitment to creating developments that respond to Cebu’s evolving urban landscape.

Receiving the awards alongside her father, assistant vice president for business development Abigail Frances “Abi” Lim said the honors inspire the next generation of Johndorf leaders to push further.

The awards ceremony on August 15, 2025, gathered top developers, architects, and real estate leaders from across the country as well as from Southeast Asia and the Far East.
