World-renowned chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay has officially expanded his culinary empire to the heart of the Visayas, launching two new restaurant concepts just below Belmont Hotel at The Mactan Newtown in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The real feast begins when both restaurants open to the public on July 28.
Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips
Ramsay’s first Fish & Chips location outside the U.S. offers a bold take on the UK classic, crispy golden fish paired with thick-cut fries, signature sides like Dirty Chips, Lobster & Shrimp, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, plus handcrafted milkshakes in flavors like Biscoff and Creamsicle.
With a seating capacity of 55, the venue offers an intimate yet lively dining experience.
Street Burger by Gordon Ramsay
Right next door, Ramsay’s first Asian outpost of Street Burger offers crave-worthy eats in a vibrant, street-art-inspired setting. Menu highlights include the Cebu-exclusive Lechon Burger, the crispy G.F.C. (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Burger, the classic O.G.R. Burger, seasoned fries, and refreshing drinks.
Street Burger seats up to 65 guests, offering a slightly more spacious setup.
Both restaurants are open daily from 11 AM to 11 PM. Fans were already spotted queuing outside well before the opening, proving that Ramsay’s star power has a serious draw in Cebu.
