Fuel prices go up starting today, May 20.
Caltex, Cleanfuel, Jetti, Petro Gazz, Seaoil, and Shell raise gasoline prices by PHP1.20 per liter and diesel by PHP1.70 per liter. Caltex,
Seaoil, and Shell also increase kerosene prices by PHP1.20 per liter.
Petro Gazz and Cleanfuel do not carry kerosene but apply the same price hikes for gasoline and diesel.
Other oil firms are expected to follow.
The price hike comes after two straight weeks of rollbacks: PHP0.85 per liter for gasoline, PHP1.55 for diesel, and PHP2.15 for kerosene.
As of today, fuel prices in Metro Manila range from PHP43 to PHP72.36 per liter for gasoline, PHP43 to PHP72.39 for diesel, and PHP66.50 to PHP81.74 for kerosene. (ASC)
