The Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) last July 25 by the Talisay City Police yielded over P1.5 million worth of drugs while 43 were nabbed.
A total of 235 grams of shabu was seized with an estimated street value of P1,598,000
Out of the 43 nabbed, 6 were arrested for illegal drugs, while a loose firearm was also recovered.
13 were also arrested for illegal gambling during the operations.
4 persons were also serviced for warrants — 4 firearms were surrendered.
Meanwhile, 20 were apprehended for traffic violations.
Arrested suspects are now in the custody of Talisay Custodial Facility waiting for the filing of charges and turn-over to court.
Talisay City Police Station Chief PLTCOL Randy T Caballes said that the officers of Talisay City Police Station will continue to intensify their anti-criminality campaign to make Talisay City safer for the community. (ASC)
